My name is Louie. I live in the Washington NJ area. I was previously employed with Computer Services Group out of New York City.

  • I am CompTia A+ certified which means I am trained in preventative maintenance, basic networking, installation, troubleshooting, communication and professionalism
  • I am a certified Dell Technician which means I was trained to diagnose and repair Dell Computers, Laptops and Servers.
  • I am a Certified Novell Administrator which means I was trained to understand, setup and configure Novell Networks.

 

 

 

I have been working in the computer field for 19+ years. I enjoy the challenge of working on computer's hardware and software problems.

I am current with most Microsoft Software, Dell Computers, HP Printers, HP Computers and Laptops as well as many other systems.

I have improved my networking skills with Microsoft Networks, TCP/IP as well as wireless networks and router setups.
